Whether we are just mixing a track for you, or completely producing a song, every project starts with an in-depth pre-production process. Your desired outcome determines how we will produce the song - ie. is this for sync or publishing? Trying to land certain playlists or get on radio? etc. We want to make sure that there is clarity going into every creative process…
The Creative
Now the work happens. To us, it isn’t about “services”, it’s about helping you create amazing songs that demand attention. This may include production, songwriting, mixing, mastering, bringing in session players, programming, arrangement, and more. We have organized and collaborative ‘work processes’ for both clients local in Nashville, and remotely all over the world.
The Finale
At the end of the project, we want to make sure that you’re headed in the right direction. We don’t want your song to fall on deaf ears or have that dreaded “< 1000 plays” tag on Spotify. We’ll continue to support you through consultation calls, connecting you with peers and resources who we trust that specialize in certain areas of the music industry, and just provide morale support!

Colt
A little more about us…
The Sonic Affair story began in San Francisco when Colt discovered that a nearby rock band, Trophy Kids, was in need of a lead guitarist. Scott was a childhood friend of the members in the band before meeting Colt, and worked as their studio engineer. Once Colt started recording with the band, they immediately found that they worked well together in the studio. It wasn’t long after when they started working on projects together with Colt producing and Scott mixing. When Colt moved to Nashville, Scott made the decision to join him, and that’s where Sonic Affair Entertainment began.
With several songs ranging from rock, to country, and pop under their belts, they’ve had successes including major radio airplay, award-winning songs, thousands of YouTube and FaceBook plays, and sync placements. Our dream is to help you become the best sounding you, and to help bring your music to the masses.
